How to obtain the New Firmware
Open the Xbox Accessories app:
On your Xbox console, go to the Microsoft Store, search for the Xbox Accessories app, and install it if you haven’t already. On a Windows PC, you can download the app from the Microsoft Store.Connect the controller:
Use a USB cable to connect your Xbox Adaptive Controller to your Xbox console or Windows PC.Check for updates:
Open the Xbox Accessories app. If an update is available, a notification will appear automatically. Tap “Update” and follow the on-screen instructions.Let the update complete:
Make sure you do not disconnect the controller during the update process. When the update is complete, you will receive a confirmation and your controller will be ready for use.
